sorry for the delay

been a little busy, injured, etc.  last week, i did a short high intensity run.  i would not say i strained my hamstring, but i could definitely feel some sort of slight pain.  so i refrained from running and only got back to it yesterday and ran a total of 16 km and no ill effects.  would hate to bugger up all the work over the past few months.

anyway, about 10 1/2 days out from it all happening.  a nervous excitement is building…
